1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the l444bt platform — including the website at l444bt.app, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all games, betting markets, and account services available therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the l444bt platform. l444bt reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole and absolute discretion.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the platform does not breach any applicable local law or regulation in your jurisdiction. l444bt makes no representation that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside the intended market.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate personal details at registration — false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Persons who have self-excluded from l444bt are not eligible to re-register during the exclusion period.
• l444bt employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration. To access real-money services, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. You agree that all information submitted during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You are obliged to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active account at any given time. 4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. l444bt does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment provider limits may apply. Players making large deposits may be asked to complete enhanced verification before funds are credited to their gaming balance.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. 4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. l444bt reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal request pending satisfactory KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation. Funds may not be withdrawn until any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met in full.

• l444bt does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a gaming account — contact support immediately if you have deposited an incorrect amount.
• Withdrawals to a payment method different from the deposit method will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances and are subject to additional verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. 6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the l444bt platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, fish games, and virtual sports — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates on a certified random number generator (RNG) and is subject to independent auditing for fairness. l444bt does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, l444bt will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible and the outcome cannot be determined with certainty, the relevant round will be declared void and any stake returned to the player's account balance. l444bt's decision in such matters is final.

In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence. l444bt reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were clearly published in error or where there is evidence of match-fixing, regardless of the stated outcome.

• Bets placed after the official start of an event may be voided at l444bt's discretion.
• Maximum win limits per event and per bet type are published in the Sportsbook rules.
• In-play markets may be suspended at any time due to match developments, broadcaster delays, or data feed interruptions.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.2 Available Tools. l444bt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the platform is at your own risk. l444bt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your l444bt account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
